*BOSS Note: I love this unit & have 5 of them at my house controlling various zones. HOWEVER, in certain scenarios you MAY be required to adjust the homes Internet Service Provider settings in order to make it work. TruAudio tech support can help with that, the Lighting BOSS staff CANNOT. So either make sure you have a spare unit to test onsite prior to install, or just use a Sonos Amp which will create it's own network & bypass the need for any ISP adjustments
